CHANCELLOR'S HOUSE RENOVATION

EAST CAROLINA UNIVERSITY

The Chancellor's House renovation was intended to change the use of the building from a residential to an assembly use. The downstairs became the event space and catering kitchen while the upstairs was all the back of the house. The building would get a new accessible ramp and entry while maintaining its historic significance. Unfortunately due to conflicting budget and what was the most effective use for space, the project did not come to fruition.

My involvement: Field Verification, Construction Documents, Consultant Coordination, User Coordination, and Finishes.
