 The PCC Library project was a two-phased partially occupied renovation. Phase One included renovations to the top floor, while the first floor was still acting as the school library. Phase Two switched uses to have the renovations be on the first floor while the second floor was the acting library. 

 

My involvement: This project was drawn prior to me being pulled onto the team. I was on the team for RFI & Submittals and Construction Administration. As well as for finish coordination.
